These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the services provided by Juneau Creative Studio. By accessing this website or booking services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Juneau Creative Studio provides social media content creation, content management, content production, and related creative services for businesses.
All services are provided based on the package or custom agreement selected by the client during onboarding.
Client responsibilities
Client agrees to: Provide necessary access, materials, information needed to complete services, supply raw content (if applicable to their selected package), review and approve content in a timely manner, communicate changes, feedback, and delays promprtly.
Delays in client response or materials may impact delivery timelines
Payments
All services must be paid according to the agreed pricing structure at the time of booking.
Payments may be bulled on a recurring (biweekly or monthly) basis depending on the service agreement.
Late payments may result in paused services until the account is current.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Service Scope
Each service tier includes a defined scope of work based on the selected package or custom agreement.
Any work outside of the agreed scope may require additional fees or a revised service agreement.
Revisions & approvals
Unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement: Clients may request reasonable revision within scope, significant changes to direction or strategy may be billed separately, content may be approved via email or agreed communication channels.
On-site production
For services that include on-site production: Scheduling is agreed upon in advance, travel or production-related expenses may be included depending on the agreement, clients must ensure location access and readiness for scheduled shoots.
Cancellations & termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice.
Clients may cancel service agreements by providing thirty days written notice via email.
Juneau Creative Studio reserves the right to terminate services if terms are violated or payments are not received.
Any completed work up to the cancellation date remains billable.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients retain rights to final approved content created for their business.
Juneau Creative Studio reserves the right to: Display non-confidential work in portfolios, marketing, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed, as well as retain internal project files and working materials.
Attribution & representation
Juneau Creative Studio may perform services on a white-label basis, allowing clients to publish and present delivered content as part of their business and marketing efforts without publicly attributing Juneau Creative Studio.
However, clients may not knowingly misrepresent creative work performed by Juneau Creative Studio as having been personally created, edited, photographed, filmed, or produced by themselves or their employees when such services were provided by Juneau Creative Studio or its contractors.
Clients may not claim ownership of Juneau Creative Studio’s proprietary workflows, templates, systems, editing processes, or business methodologies.
Limitation of liability
Juneau Creative Studio is not liable for: changes in platform algorithms or performance outcomes, loss of engagement, sales or revenue, delays caused by client communication or third-party platforms,
Services are provided with professional care but no guaranteed business results.
Third-party platforms
We are not responsible for issues, outages, or changes on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, or other third-party services used for content distribution.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
